Ingredients
600g potatoes
400g sausages (such as bratwurst or other hearty sausages)
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic

500ml vegetable or chicken broth
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Slice the sausages into pieces and chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
