Diese Maulwurf-Muffins sind eine Mini-Version des klassischen Maulwurfkuchens. Sie bestehen aus saftigen Schokoladenmuffins, gefüllt mit Bananenstücken und getoppt mit einer luftigen Schokosahne. Perfekt für Partys, Geburtstage oder als süße Nascherei zwischendurch!


Ingredients

  • Für die Schokoladenmuffins:

    • 120 g weiche Butter
    • 100 g Zucker
    • 3 Eier
    • 1 Prise Salz
    • 200 g Mehl
    • 50 g Backkakao

Instructions
